Green population has killed Blue during non-raid hours.

A few weeks or months before Green launch Blue also suffered what I like to call the Bubonic Plague of End Game Raiding on P99.. no, I'm not talking about <Riot>, I'm talking about the Pathing FIX. Countless stupid deaths, trains, random odd mob behavior later and nothing is done. True, GM / Guide is volunteer work and a thankless job. I have paid $0 to play on p99 and I have enjoyed my time immensely.

Can we PLEASE at the very LEAST revert back to.. I'll put it more bluntly

I'm tired of socking mobs only to lose to badly made patches, this is project1999 but lets use some common sense.

PS: Rooted dragons are awful and only funnel 90% of the raid population into 1 guild to zerg everything. Change my mind.

I encourage any to post creative game mechanics related to these fixes, including the bind sight bug, leashing mobs, being killed by invisible mobs at the ToV Hub, knock yourselves out.

Nobody cared when they took the original XP bonus away on red and the population went from 280-300 down to 70.

This was years back. They eventually replaced it with another one but a lot of people who were playing didn't come back.

Then cross-server trading got taken out which lost more people who were trading red plat for blue etc, and then the sleeper got woke.

A lot of red players would love to see a vanilla locked red server with item loot, which would be more in line with classic RZ... or some teams pvp concept. I know that pve players would moan but surely now there's possibly 3 pve servers they'll calm down <3

I did try once to get the streamers to agree to just war on red server, but the idea couldn't get enough support. The closest thing we had so far was Larry's monk duel's on green.

I think even most of Aftermath/Riot/etc wanted to have a crack at green anyway, but raiding blue is still fun with your guild... I think some forget raiding with your pals is half the reason to log in, pixels are just a bonus if they happen.

i agree, but without some form of self restraint all dragons are dead within minutes, even most of the rooted dragons are less then 30 minutes. its not really raiding.

I think rotations kill the spirit of competition which kill the server, but to each his own.

No one really wants to sock the 24 hour windows, unless you're somewhat mental. But, issues with Fear zone in... a mass flux causes even the best CPU to load in 5-7 seconds so unless you get priority you're out and that's a 16 hour.

But the racing makes it fun, even if it's the same mob there's always different conditions every week depending on who's available etc. Some people just want to compete.

Huge pop, no armies of coth mages and main 1 parked at vp and main 2 parked at tov. Shit gear.

You should consider green if you enjoy high level of Everquest execution

My proposal to the UN was not a full rotation but 1-2 targets a calendar quarter with the rest being on fte.

In the current state there’s no point to start blue. The cards are too stacked unless you plan to just join riot. Nobody gonna join blue = dead server. All the mid table guilds already left blue for green.

I've lost track of how many guilds Riot is composed of at this point, but honestly the zerg it what it took to break through to the raid scene for a lot of those guys. People have had too long to farm the end game content. <AM> <Awakened><Core> I took a break at some point so I kinda lost track of the timeline.

Unfortunately for me, I had my Rudy story of level 1 to end game just as the server dies.

Revert the patch that messed up pathing please. It is causing so many people to quit blue it's not even funny. Bickering among guilds aside, the game should not be broken 10 years into the server.

We're not talking about tired of Blue vs. Shiny new Green / Teal. We're talking about buggy server where you can't rely on consistency vs. new server that is still buggy but without a legitimate Beta test with /testbuff cannot be verified. I'm still doing a 2gp-2pp 'quest' at level 1-4 that alllowed me to buy my 1-5 spells and full armor.

A new server has been unleashed and the beta 'test' was ignore your lives for what was it? 14 days? and you have to hardcore sock to level, then wiped at launch. 0 desire to help a server that is just going to wipe hours and hours of efforts.

But what is happening on blue? Thousands of peoples time / energy and effort are wiped away by a crippling and unfixed pathing bug and various other things.

There are many people who don't want to 'reroll'. They are happy with what they have on blue, but when you take away all of the new population and funnel it into Green / Teal you mise well pull the plug.

I've probably got over 5000 hours on Blue, but when a new person asks me where to go, Blue or Green? I can't in good conscious say Blue because its a dead end.

Leveling used to be rough 40-45 for first timers, now you've just made it rough 1-60.

I suppose anyone not killing NToV and City Leaders would be drawn to a 'fresh start'. Likely, you'll just end up with the same thing in the end, top 3 or 4 guilds killing content and a large percentage stuck in the middle.

Also, Leveling a cleric just isn't fun, no way to make it fun. completely off topic but this is RnF so fuck it.

1. fresh starts are most appealing to people who have been there and done that and maxed out on a server

2. things cant end the same because its 3 year server not a 10 year one

3. clerics are fun to play and very fun to solo (check out paineel)
