As a side note, i had been in this group 3 hours and we had not seen 1 bag drop or had i been told of this "order" list at any time

After examining the historical documents the blame is assigned as follows:

Silvercorn is assigned 50% for failing to explain the loot rules because he did not have the time "with all the people coming and going". Another 10% is assigned for failing to communicate his mana level clearly, which has nothing to do with the case, however it is a universal crime applicable to all matters. Finally, 15% for saying "it's my group". Total assigned liability is 75%.

The rest of the party is assigned a cumulative liability of 25% for not insisting the loot rules are properly spelled out prior to any pull.

Classic. My first ninja looter experience was also over a Shralok pack. Dude looted it and /q'd. Came back 10 mins later and tried to sneak to the Kith zoneline but we saw him. Group members sent him tells, but he didn't respond and just ran off somewhere else. Probably nothing happened to him though. I don't think I even knew about /petition when I was level 13 or whatever on live.

Haha, true. All they'd have to do is read the Wiki article for the Shralok Pack (http://wiki.project1999.com/Shralok_Pack) to see that "Though flagged as PENDING LORE, the Shralok Pack never became a LORE item. It is and always will be safe to carry multiple Shralok Packs on your character."
