Why are those nerfed at launch? They don't get nerfed till much later

Sorry you have to go out and explore and kill monsters, not stand at npc's turning in quest items that drop at insane rates.

it isnt in a patch, on p99 it was broken as in giving way more exp then it was suppose to, it didnt get "patched" so to speak, it got fixed back to what is actually was in classic
