Paladin Training bug in Felwithe

On my new green half elf paladin, I attempt to train some skills (casting, meditate and others) and it uses a skill point, but throws a red text error and doesn't actually add the point to your skill. There is no level marker for when you should get those skills to be available to train.

Also lay on hands doesn't show as used after you use it until you zone.
