ie I want to play a human druid, but min/max would be better as halfling or woodelf.

Reminder there is no objective way to "win" at EQ. You don't win the game by having the most powerful character. The only winning is done by doing things that you find most fun and enjoyable in game. Playing a race that you like at the expensive of not being min/max would thus be a form of winning.

How can you ask someone else to decide if mana pool is more important to you than how your char looks?

There will always be someone with better gear, more min/max stats, or just plain better skill. Play what interests you.

Definitely play what you want and play to have fun. None of us will impress one another here talking about what loot we have or our accomplishments. Guaranteed most have been around the block with both EQ and other MMORPGs.

3 years from now, you will have no regrets of rolling a human druid. But if you dont roll what you want now you could regret it 3 years from now. Think about looking at a 50+ halfling/woodelf druid and thinking "Should i have just made him a Human?"

if u want to make a worst class mix race its up to you ! game will be the same maybe a little bit harder at the beginning but still !

Human Druid isn't significantly different from Halfling or Wood Elf. In some ways they're better (higher stam).

I also was questioning this and ended up deciding to go Human Druid, would like the wood elfs mana pool and agility but I will have more fun being a human.

I always wanted a DE SK more then any other character, but ive never made one.. Because the truth hurts. Its one of the weakest combos in game.

Human druids can wear Azure Sky and Living Fungus. However, robe wise, druids can only ever wear 4 and 2 of them by all races, so unlike cleric, druid robes arent a good argument
