It depends on Bertoxx or not i think, With Bertox as your deity - probably not woodelf bank if im not mistaken, i think you can get into freeport but be wary of bards/paladins?

You can even make a level 1 Gnome necro on Blue and test it out!

I was thinking like getting to HHK and selling at lesser faydar nybright sisters.

No you wont be able to sell or bank in kelethin or felwithe or kaladim without faction work.

There's an evil bank in the freeport sewers and one in the qeynos sewers you can use.

Gnome necros are pretty safe faction wise except for clerics/paladins. Freeport has a wandering one in one of the zones that nailed me a few times.

Forgot which deity though, but gnomes are pretty neutral with factions, also you tend to be dubious a lot instead of KoS.

There is no evil bank in Freeport. The link you provided also does not show any bank, only how to navigate the sewers.

Last time I check a gnome necro in kelethin he was dubious to merchant but if its like for my erudite necro even at dubious the banker were serving him.

Bankers don't care about faction. It's the guards and city population you have to worry about. The banker will help you the same whether you are amiable or dubious.

A necro can bank anywhere. Just stay out of line of sight of guards and/or use feign death.

Pretty sure I have seen people do it, I never did a necro on a project1999 server.

Did not work for me on Green beta. "You can not perform that action right now" or some sort of message.

you could never FD and sell to a vendor, but you can FD and bank
