Green Patch Files

So I am only finding P99Files50d.zip. I understand that in order to play green I will need P99Files50e.

I've looked around and can't seem to find E, only copies of D.

Any idea where the proper files to play Green are? It's giving me the ole dsetup.dll error with the D files.
