http://wiki.project1999.com/Qeynos_Starting_Guide looks to still be a work in progress, but hopefully people will add stuff to it, and eventually it will have a "quest shopping list" like the other starting guides (eg. http://wiki.project1999.com/Halas_Starting_Guide#Quest_Shopping_List)

How have they confirmed these quests are in, though?

They've confirmed very little, hoping beta is soon so we can confirm some of the stuff we've all been speculating on and figure out early level routing.

How great would it be if they’ve secretly compiled a list of classic/unclassic bug reports for years, seemingly written them off on Blue but actually engineered them all into Green? The crying would be hilarious.

I think step #1 is just getting guides for every starting city, with all the quests. Once we have that, step #2 (add era tags to anything that isn't classic) should be pretty easy.

Of course, one doesn't have to prevent the other; if anyone feels like adding era tags to existing guides, don't let me stop you :)

Yeah this forum has become massive speculation quest. We are all just in a holding pattern. Knowing more about newbie quests and pet mechanics etc. would go a long way to solidify people's plans.

Yeah, it's unreasonable to expect them to put in every bug or quirk that got changed in the first couple weeks just to undo it, but who knows they might have some of the slightly longer lasting stuff in there. Just because we find evidence of something being changed back then doesn't mean green will start off that way.

I'm hoping in Qeynos we have Bone Chips x4 at the paladin's guild (free 6 slot small bag too), Bone Chips x2 with Lashun Novashine for less exp and a heal, monk headband quests, Herblender's Bat Fur Quest, Unsar's quest, the Gnoll Fang/Moonstone quest... Sprinkle on the Surefall Glade quests and we should be sitting pretty. Also think about the Halas quests as well, some are worth the run if you're picking up gnoll furs anyway-
