I've put my local copy of the Wayback and mailing list archives that I use for research into a GitHub repo. The objective was to make it searchable with GitHub but I think it might be so massive that it won't index the files :D

You can still download the zip file though.

Added more mailing list dumps just now. Several tradeskill and class-specific lists. Also a little bash script to convert them to human readable html. Some have 3000+ post histories going back to 1999.

Looking forward to mining them tomorrow.

Really nice collection! I started to write "and I'll try to get it added to the wiki" ... until I saw the full scope of what you accomplished, and realized that'd be impossible :)

I do think that if anyone finds any timeline information in there, that it would be great to see it added to the wiki's patch notes page (http://wiki.project1999.com/Patch_Notes) (or a brand new page). With just the patch notes we have currently we're all "flying blind" into Nilbog's patches, and it'd be great if we get some more visibility on everything that isn't covered by patch notes.
