You can turn in rabbid wolf pelts if you are dubious to the guild master, though if you try to hail her to get the quest dialogue she wont give it to you.
I think this is probubly a bug! :(
Turning in a Putrid Rib Bone did not reward me with a successful quest reward, unlike the rabbid wolf pelt.
The fleshy orb did also not reward me when turned in.
