So Uthgaard. Since I have encountered you on this server you went from being a nice guy willing to help individuals and responsive. Since then, you have ignored valid petitions, pulled out your "power to be a douchebag" hammer more often than necessary and made some REALLY poor decisions on things for this server. Yes, you have made bad decisions on numerous occasions. I think you are a tool for that and refuse to be active in a raiding guild with you around.

Since all of that, I have decided to dump my spok account. Maybe trade it for another toon that I could play casually (kinda bored with the nec) or maybe get a little cash for the account.

With your 1337 mission impossible skills you sent me or had someone send me an email to see how much I was asking for the account. I quickly responded with all of the obvious options, Plat, Plat & another acct or cash.

Since I had the mere mention of cash I was banned. I didn't get anything for this account and nobody agreed to this amount. So, with just the "intent to sell" I was banned. Seems the rules may include that. Thats neither here nor there, either way I would have taken plat or another account for it. No huge loss, just irritating.

So just for you Uthgaard, I dedicate next weekend to you. I may or may not spend some time training your precious little server. Depends on what I feel like doing.

Flex them pixel muscles and pull out that ban hammer - I have over 1000 anon proxies just sitting here looking to get used.

This is some good shit. I've been working on nothing but petitions for the last 22 hours trying to keep up with the ungodly amount of workload that Kunark has blessed us with. Very sorry if your abandonment issues have caused you to feel ignored. For a goodbye to everyone but me, you seem to have left everyone else out.

The people who choose to be dicks, treat us like shit, or break the rules can be made examples of. I go farther out of my way to help the people who are polite and patient than and paid mmo staffer would.

Uth has helped me out on a few occassions and have had nothing but good experiences.

From my personal experience on the server I have only had 1 where uth kinda helped me. Every other experience with him has been neutral or negative. If I find I wanna spend a few hours griefing the server for some laughs and personal satisfaction I will! Especially if it adds to uthgaards 22 hour queue.

I know the server wont explode or meet some "impending doom" that he speaks of...that's just silly.

I got banned and I said that was fine. I was pretty sure what I did was against some rule some where. After reading a bit further into it, I did not offer RMT on these forums anywhere. So if you wanna get into technicalities I didn't break any rules. I offered that as 1 of 3 options in an email on a completely separate website.

Also I would like to point out that I did play as a guide on live for about 2 years. We were always told to have as little involvement with player happenings as possible.

If there was a camp dispute or loot dispute, we were asked to let the players know to figure things out amongst themselves. We were only to get involved when it came to blatant training or KSing.

I fully accept responsibility for my actions. I would have gladly accepted a ban had I agreed to a cash trade and made an attempt to do it. This is not just about the ban, it's about how Douchegaard handles things.

I was a level 22 Rogue scouting for crush and aggroed ran to zone....I myself died in the train.

I sent several tells apologizing to the individual who died to my train. His response?

"LOL...you banned. enjoy"

5 minutes later I'm disconnected and banned. I remember I logged into an alt account and explained everything to you. Apparently, you have no record of me sending tells of apology to the person who died in the train.

Pretty sketchy.

Oh yeah...the guy who died in the train had a 50 shaman PLing him.

Oh I could have handled that many different ways! I just decided I have had it with this server and that was the final straw. I already knew what sort of a shitstorm of randomness this may create when starting this thread.

Flaming Douchegaard and letting him know I am gonna be yet another dick on the server was the intent of this thread according to the initial post.

There is no way in hell I am gonna bother playing on P99 with him around. The banning was just another reason to leave. Seems everyone was more focused on the banning which boggles me.

If ya had known me in game and chatted with me before I deguilded from fusion, you would know I was done with the server and sick of his shit already.

Had this server been run with better management, the population would be much higher. It's funny, people I have played games with for years heard about this place and shrugged it off because they had the notion that it was run poorly.

I tried to change the minds of a few who played here for a bit, they weren't impressed and left.

I played with some cool people so I was able to shrug off most of the dumb shit until the last few weeks. I figured I would just trade spok for a bard or wiz so I play a different class casually. I won't be doing that thanks to Erik Siquian (never even met the guy in game!)


This server has the highest Emu server population of all, if not most. (Including Shards of Dalaya and Uthgard which is a DaoC server)

It's not run poorly, it just didn't go in your favor.

Dude honestly, and try to be honest here for once. If you had not been stupid enough to mention a real money transaction to someone to do something you KNEW was against the rules and could get this server shut down, you wouldn't have ever had an issue with Uthgaard or any other GM on here. Same with most banned fucktwats on P99. Sometimes people do get banned as a result of misinformation, a simple mistake what have you, but that's actually the rare scenario on this server.

Most bans are well deserved, including yours from all I have read here. You had the intent to sell for real money and even admitted i this thread that you would have indeed accepted the money if someone had been stupid enough to offer you the 300 dollars. semi-funny sidebar...in classic EQ, I remember the text colour default when you died and lost a level was red (you have LOST a level!) and I'd get pretty pissed.

then at some point, either I or the default changed it to blue, and I actually noticed I was less furious.
