Ok we’re transitioning into the realm of improbability, however it might not be impossible. You could continue XPing from greens for another lvl or two. Let’s say that puts you at 25. Could you conceivably defeat the 33 plague shark with a non-necro that has been seriously twinked?

I realize the plague shark respawn is 2 hours but we can decide later if that would be achievable during a Human’s lifetime.

I don’t think it’s sad at all. I think it just proves that EQ has enough to keep you busy for a lifetime as a trilogy. To me it’s almost a perfect game in that sense.

The plague shark 2 hour spawn is too big of an XP bottleneck to try to do this without twinking. It would take roughly 100 days straight of 24/7 playtime to get 4 levels from a 2 hour spawn.


The good news is that it can be done in an IRL human lifetime. I wonder what is the lowest level you could start killing the lvl 40 A Killer Shark with twinking.


Also I wonder if grouping would be helpful. Like a Tom Hanks and Wilson Cast Away situation.

I wonder if Thin Boned Wands can be recharged? Might be able to kill something earlier than expected with that if they can be done cheap. 80 of them can lifetap out anything on the island, if you can survive long enough to land them.

If that really was the case Erud's Crossing would become the most unintentionally awesome zone, because it'd quickly be filled with random people at all hours of the day working together to PL "The Loneliest Crosser" :)

I dunno about that. I think if you do the math the amount of turn-ins required would be more than a non-cheater could possibly accomplish in a year (to say nothing of the time spent acquiring said bone chips).

Shaman for easy mode.
Rogue for hard mode.

Kedge Keep might be doable with twinking.

You can get from 1-20~ with sailfin and the aqua goblin prisoner. Killing the lowest level Swordfish at 20 may be possible, but it would be rough.

Hm. I think you can get there with Guard Lasen though. You get 500 XP per water or thereabouts, and need 600 millionish XP. That's 1.2 million waters, for 12000 platinum. You can turn in about 2500ish waters per hour if you're relatively fast at clicking, or about 500ish hours. Doable inside a year, easy. Good idea? No.

I think there might be better XP to turnin time quests, but not any that I'm aware of that come close to the XP per plat spent.
