There is an easy 100 hp she could add switching her earrings for the chardok ones. Another 50 from a 100 hp main hand weapon. 5 hp from the leg slot.

When your stamina and strength are already maxed, why not wear Ring of Destruction instead of Dain's Ring for additional overall resists and 20 more AC?
