Bluebies do their trading in some random tunnel found in some random newbie zone for some reason. The closest banks are literally 2 zones away and you regularly see lvl 5 bards with selo's crawling around trying to get to and from the banks while weighed down with plat.

Why would a bard with selos be running to and from the bank? The whole point of putting a mule in the tunnel is to keep the plat there. I do a crap ton of tunnel questing and I've probably had to run to the bank twice in 2 years.

heh, there were no PKs on EQ. You didn't get tagged as a murderer and made KOS to any city guards. In the 'Cracked' everquest documentary Steve Clover cringed at the thought of .. "PVP" as it was mostly griefing before that was labeled (and went down the toilet.. talk about carebears..) Now if you wish to Roleplay that there were such things as PK on a pvp server by all means I won't stop you. I just see you as bragging about how fast your car is and it has 180hp.

PVP was an afterthought in EQ and was not originally intended. IIRC they had to *chokes back vomit* balance things out a few times due to complaints from queefs in a PVE game.

Everything you mentioned there was a takeaway from UO imo.

If you block testosterone and add estrogen then you lose the ability to maintain the extra muscle guys have. It slowly fades over time. All those measurements I posted are, I’m pretty certain, just from muscle loss. Kinda sucks losing strength but I’m happier with my body now so w/e.

Spironolactone is the standard drug in US. It’s an offlabel use of a diuretic BP medication. Makes you pee a lot and can cause hyperkalemia (too much potassium because it spares it). Other countries use cyproterone acetate. Powerful T blocker with a bit of progesterone in it. GNRH antagonists can be used to block puberty or otherwise interfere with the hormones that lead to T production in the testes. They all work by screwing up a feedback loop more or less. You block the androgen receptors and your body actually raises T levels but it can’t do anything... detects the high levels of T and stops the request to produce more... something like that!

Body builders have to watch out for too high levels of T. There’s an enzyme called aromotase that converts T to E and that’s where gynecomastia happens. Transwomen konda exploit the same physiology, but actually want to make it happen without getting ripped in the process.
