I met this guy when I was invited to do Prot and Tola. At first he was cool and when a spells that wasn't Torpor dropped we would roll. RNG, no getting upset if you lose because you did these mobs every 2 hours and 45 minutes. As time went on I won a few spells here and there but Sargoy felt I was winning ALL the spells and he would say things here and there about it. One time I won Umbra and when he got upset I offered it to him to which he declined.

Then came the day he blew up, I guess it had been building. I didn't feel like I won an awful lot of spells. The camp would be a duo, trio, and at the most 4 people. So I wasn't winning EVERY spell as he thought. The day he blew up was coming, we had just got done killing prot and tola and I was hammering out to go put the spells I won on my mule. He said something snarky about me going to sell them. I asked if he was perturbed for real and he said you sure shit I am or something like that. He started to explain to me that he bought beads just to do that camp and he learned the pulls and blah blah blah.

He then began to belittle me for having a 59 monk and being "sub 60". I wasn't even using my monk, I was there on my 60 rogue. He just kept on and a friend of mine tried to explain RNG and how he should calm down. He ended by calling my friends and I faggots.

He ran off with a Torpor that was supposed to be split between him and I and 2 other people.

If you see Sargoy, Sensu or Oagrim. Don't bother even getting involved with his kind. He is cancer.

Huh? No, but I was part of the group that had torpor stolen from me.

Sargoy just seemed like he had a screw loose. But he seems like he's been gone ever since he rage quit, let him go.... That torpor is not coming back.

But part of the story is that particular torpor was one that dropped along with a few other torpors in the same time frame. Sargoy won multiple torpors over the course of a few days that were all being split. Dude was making tons of plat that anyone should of been happy about when he lost his mind.

He was one of these guys that would always bitch and moan about losing spells on rolls but I always took it as regular banter about being down on his luck then one day he just snapped when I wasn't there.

If you can prove this stuff GM's have been known to take the spell/money off his account and reimburse. Also issue a ban/suspension for him.

I was in the discord with soulsummoner and sargoy when sargoy lost his mind and was upset that certain people where getting good rolls and winning more than him and when confronted about it he didnt want to hear that it's just rng. So he called us all faggots and ran off with the spells he had to sell and split. Can definitely back up soulsummoner on this.

I was always friendly with sargoy. I never got a chance to talk to him after he blew up. He blew up on some other people when I wasn't there. I gave him a few days to cool down and wanted to give him a chance to apologize and come back to the group. He blocked me on discord and I haven't seen him online since. Is he back trying to sell the torpor?

Like I said, it wasn't the only torpor sargoy won. I'll put him on blast again here- He short changed me on another torpor me and him split duo. He sold one torpor for 75k and gave me a split as if he sold it for 65k. I confirmed it with the person he sold it to. I had a sneaking suspicion at the time he did something shady there but I just let it go.

I feel bad for the guy. You have to be mentally ill to do that type of stuff. Especially when we all worked as a solid group for a while as friends.

Oagrim used to complain about nobody helping with his epic years back, nobody wanted to help him because he was a dick. Then another guildy who everyone loved and was super nice got help with their epic before him, and he got snarky and wondered why people were jumping at the opportunity to help somebody cool instead of him. He never seemed to realize why either =P
