Even if a shaman "PLs" someone in seb, they're not disrupting the zone anymore than a full group getting exp would. I don't see how that could be an issue.

The point is that these zones are populated by people that enjoy grouping. They need to exist for the server to remain populated.

The only way a shaman can PL in seb is to basically duo but not be grouped so the other person gets solo exp. What you're basically saying is nobody should exp in seb unless they have a full group, fuck soloers, duos, trios etc

I felt the same way, on live it really seemed like Velkeltors Labyrinth upper/lower dogs at least, XP was like on par with HS exp, the ZEM on P99 doesnt seem to reflect that though.

Agree with thread owner. He try to ask powerlevelers to stay out of populair group zones. I completly agree.
Give the new players and casuals a chance to enjoy good content. And for veterans not worried about min maxing its also nice to go out and xp with newer players in zones like Com Unrest . MM Sebilis.

Powerleveling crew go elsewhere. You got plenty to choose from.

My usual response is just to take the mobs they're trying to PL with, if they're disrupting. For example, I level most of my alts with a friend or two (pickups are welcome to join us too) in Befallen until 20. If I see a bard taking 2 or all 3 floors, I'm going to take stuff out of their kite.

I think it's fine to PL and to sell PL services, but if you're steamrolling folks who are just having a good time, all bets are off.

I'd argue the opposite: if you're getting petitioned for disrupting the zone you're bad at power-leveling. There are plenty of places (even on Blue) where you can kill massive amounts of mobs and no one will complain.

It's shitty when someone is powerleveling in the most popular zones of level ranges, like Crushbone, Unrest, Mistmoore, Upper Guk, Kurns - and I will normally say something to them snarky and mean. But it is what it is, there are several places for every level range so it's really not the end of the world.
