I still like this game, but everytime I play I feel like all of my ancestors are spinning in their graves. And that's me at lvl 19 after a year. How do you poopsockers justify it to yourselves after all this time?

Are you ashamed to play Mario or Street Fighter 2 or any other game that's over a decade old ? Is the only reason you ask, because of the nerd/geek stigma that comes with Everquest ?

EQ is the bomb, every now and then i try a new game, get completely burned out and bored within 2 days and i always fall back on eq.

i would be more ashamed of world of warcraft than any other mmo. I was at a party at my friends house, with a jaguars cheerleader present, no less, and he starts busting out with some WoW talk. The dude isnt even a nerd, and I felt gay being near him when he started talking about wow, I had to smack him upside the head.

I'm proud to have Everquest, Betrayal at Krondor, and X-Com as my top three favorite games...I still play the hell out of X-Com 1 and while I play krondor the least, I still play it quite a bit too.

betrayal at krondor is such a great rpg.
