ToV - Ent+4way as safe spots. Fighting in wings.

My suggestion here.

The 4way and ToV entrance as safe spots. Anything in north to be fought in north wing. The shitfest can stay there.

There will no longer be designated areas. First guild or entity to pull the dragon in the wing SAFELY without killing everybody gets it. There are plenty of COTH spots in north that you can also clear from or train some (safely).

You are responsible for you and your guilds actions.

For example, if you aggro the wyverns, which you will, and train another guild running to aary corner, you must concede that target.

This goes for training others deeper in the zone as well. If you train and wipe another guild, or COTH mage.

If you kill a target after training any guild or entity, you are DQ'd for the next x5 of that target and will have loot removed.

West and East will be treated the same. First guild to successfully pull any west or east dragon in its respective wing without killing everyone gets it.

If anyone petitions any petty bullshit you're sitting out the following week. Don't allow this to be investigated. (ie. crying wolf on targets your guild didn't have a raid force for, and accidents)

Work things out. Race to dragon. Pull dragon. Kill dragon. Don't be an asshole.

Keeping entrance and 4 way safe is a good start IMO. You guys are already calling concedes on bad pulls and wipes. NOTHING changes here. Don't see the problem.

Just don't be stupid and train people in north wing. If you happen to be running along and train a group that is already set up, you should eat a lot more then just the concede TBH.

To be perfectly honest, nobody should be petitioning unless its absolutely necessary. If your going to get the staff involved, it better be good.
