RIP The Great P99 ToV Rotation: 11:20pm Feb 4th 2019 - 2:59pm Feb 5th 2019.

We hardly knew ye.

Look forward to seeing you on the Battlefield.

The early day raid scene felt grim. Last night people were in a panic, the morning was a Black Tuesday. Vulak and his friends spawned and no one cared, ToV remained desolate.

And then a burst of light appeared out of the sky in the form of a post from Rogean.

Please disregard the recent thread regarding ToV for now. It was posted prematurely.

Thanks.

The hordes instantly descended upon ToV. Western Wastes looked liked something straight out of Mad Max with people of all banners racing to claim their stake of the pie. Dragon corpses piled up in the entrance while hundreds of onlookers cheered. Everyone celebrated how much fun they were having competing with one another without any drama.

Now with hours left in Doze's window - the best of the best await their chance for the best of the best of loot, what a way to end an otherwise bland Tuesday.

This is what makes P99 great.

This nerd actually thinks the rotation will not be a thing.

I thought free handouts is what happened when you raided content with > 100 people in your guild present for fights?

na you need 101 to become a zerg

does AM use zerg related discord titles? zergling for recruits, overlords for recruiters etc? If not --- opportunity missed.

Ah my bad ... fuck those 'scrub' guilds that only raid with 30-40!

TBH this seems like an "oops, didn't mean to" situation on the dev's part. A reverse psychology message of "look what we're prepared to implement if you don't stop acting like a bunch of crybaby neckbeards over pixels in ToV

I believe Braknars post was a False Flag, much like the events surrounding 9/11

You know something is wrong when active players start posting in RnF.

Is this where the meme comes from? I always figured it was specifically an everquest term.

People are looking at Rogean's post too literally. "Prematurely" most likely means that for one or more reasons they found the rule-set to have some flaws. When or if a new ruleset is posted it will most likely contain a more updated and more thought out approach.

I too hope it was just a premature post, but the fact that a certain “entity” on this server allegedy poured thousands of dollars in donations in less than 24 hours after the announcement raises some concens. I never thought that guilds would get so big that they had to employ lobbyists.

Where is your proof, evidence? Ah didn't think you had any, just another fresh account from January here trying to stir the pot.

It probably got buried in here but most of AG was against the rotation, so was Core and BG from my understanding. If you look at the post i made earlier in here, basically said we worked really hard to compete with AM on targets.
