I actually had to do that a few days ago lol. We didnt have any milk for tomatoe soup.
it made it taste good kinda.

buy almond milk - don't need to refrigerate, usually very inexpensive on sale, keeps for at least a year on the shelf. healthier. If you leave a bit in a glass or bowl it just turns congeals and doesn't smell.

I don't know. I've never had milk evaporate. Id be skeptical of anyone selling that. Probably the same people that don't tip porters in EQ.
