- why? The cleric will realise, as might others just from a casual inspection of your gear.

You have to tell a pretty tall tale to get busted lying about your hp.

You have to tell a pretty tall tale to get busted lying about your hp.

No kidding, given all the variability between buffs, pieces of equipment, etc. Even unbuffed I'll gain or lose a few hundred HP just from changing equipment out.

Name and shame.

Also, let's compare hp's.

I'll start.

I have 10,948 hp on Legday. Can break 11k with PoTG but that wouldn't be a truthful representation of what I tank with.

I have 6k unbuffed on Cecily. I'm not sure what I get with buffs.

Bedavir on live test server has 140k hp unbuffed ... but he's level 105

Leveling up back in the day, i would wear silver plate armor, go anon, and LFG as a warrior to get group invites because groups would rather have a warrior with inexplicably low HP and damage mitigation than invite a ranger. :P

Lying about your HP is pretty messed up, but so is playing a cleric.
