My friends have informed that <Tempest> will be merging with Venerate over the next 2 weeks. No application process needed, instant full member. Tempest gets to keep their DKP and Venerate members will have 0. "They're too casual to earn decent DKP/loot but they will help us on AoW and other big number fights lol win."

Some Venerate personnel not too happy, as Tempest leadership has been kicked from Venerate's Discord!

If successful, this will be Tempest's first merger, just 45 days into the guilds' timeline.

UPDATE:

After rumors of this thread spread about, Tempest was ethically forced to give a 200DKP merging Bonus to all Venerate. In a guild with single members owning 10,000 DKP, that 200 doesnt feel very big!

Vindi bp's used to go for around that. Zlandi hearts are about 300 DKP. YMMV as it is a bid system. Some people occasionally get great deals below 300 DKP.

sounds like venerate getting a p raw deal. my last 3 loots in AM have been silver dagger of destruction 115, shiny metallic pants 55, narandi crown 55 and ive alrdy made all that back in the last 2 weeks or so with 50% RA and no batphone access =x

yea it was for the ac and mana, havnt used my ench since kunark so he is p sorry. 115dkp is a trivial amount if you raid semi actively, its even more laughable if you help track etc. i also did not expect to win bis pants for 55dkp and ring war loot at this point might as well be /ran 1000

Well, that isn't actually surprising because zerg wins P99 and always has due to 24/7 windows which result in low individual attendance and high variance. If you consistently have 40+ at 6AM with all key classes than you usually have 100 at 6PM. On an instanced server, most people can hit 75% attendance on 3 scheduled raids a week, and BDA's lack of coordination became more apparent.

But eh, they made it through PoP and cleared years of EQ pixel frustration. I wouldn't really call it a failure.

P.S. Can we please refer to the new raid scene as T&A?
