I know we like to keep things "Classic" around here, but it's 2018, guys.

Wearing a Mask of Obtenebration strikes a resemblance of 'black face' and I don't feel it is very inclusive and welcoming to the other players.

I vendored mine in a show of support to those victimized by the bigotry of "classic" Everquest.

Will you do the same?

You see the symptoms but not the cause.

You see the reason reasons why Erudites are not in the human race is because back then they didnt have the technology for skin tones on races. Yeah sure they tried to patch this up by saying Erudites branched off from humans after they exiles themselves both willingly and forcefully after almost destroying the moon with cat launchers but thats besides the point.

But if I also remember this right, Obtenebration means darkness or somecrap. So taking away your night vision is very fitting.

Swish is probably right. Norrath is racist as shit. The days an elf pal like myself is unable to trek from the high treetops of Kelethin to visit cousin Shrek in Feerrott without experiencing some racial tension is a sad day indeed.
