This is pretty absurd. On what grounds were the players suspended?

Since Awakened has no sky day, they aren't apart of the player made agreement (sky rotation). If it's against the rules now for anyone (even if they aren't a party to the agreement) to be in sky during someone else's sky night will the hit squad that farms Noble 24/7 be suspended every time they kill noble on someone else's night?

We've gone 0 to 100 real quick on player made agreements.

Setting aside the absurdity of people (who are presumably not part of the sky rotation) getting suspended for going to sky on a night when Clue has no intention of raiding, I wonder: Is a guild allowed to squat indefinitely on a sky slot they aren't using? I bet there are a lot of guilds who would love a weekend PM slot if clue's sky raids are on 'indefinite suspension'.

What happened to people working things out first in pms to avoid petitions? Thought we were trying to move forward on this but clue petitions instead of talking it out and so do some other guilds too lately. Why is this being allowed to happen? Were all just trying to play a video game here.

That's been the response to petitions. Small group went to isle 4 to farm KoS's. Like many people have alluded to, there's something sketchier going on here.

Argh makes a valid point. I didn't know Sky was a special player made agreement you could be suspended for violating even if you aren't part of it.

You should've waited to talk to a Clue officer to cover your ass not just some rando. I'm sure Awakened fucked Clue over at some point and the officers are all to happy to exact revenge on whatever your guild name is now.


Either way, GM's clearly hate you guys or at the least want you to stop raiding.

For some reason certain people don't seem to like The Untz Factory and are going out of their way to do everything they can to prevent them from enjoying content.

I was the leader of this little excursion. It wasn't an <Untz> raid, Even with only 6-10 of us total, there were toons there tagged in <Untz>, <AM>, <Rustle>, <The Best>, <Tempest>, and unguilded.

Both Bvmmey and Sirken know I was leading the raid and to this moment neither one has been willing to speak even a word to me, despite my reaching out respectfully. I feel like I am in bizarro world; it's Kafkaesque.

Also I spoke to Durxo just now, and he says it's a new alt of an old member who has many toons in the guild and has been there for years. I sent him a tell initially because he was at the top of the list of / all clue.

He is just as perplexed as I am.

Now it makes sense - Untz leadership has been a pain in the staffs asshole since day one by intentionally trying to circumvent rules. It doesn’t matter if your perspective disagrees, you’re tag hasn’t done very much to make your own lives easier...

Your leadership doesn’t quite yet understand that one Sirken suggests that you do or don’t do something, it’s not really an option. A gm asking an officer of another guild to petition another guild for being in their sky slot is another level of nutty, if that’s actually how it went down. And if it did, I think it’s time for some folks to step away for a bit. Also, why would Clue even do it? Especially with that many guilds involved. They aren’t going to be doing themselves any favors that’s for sure.

Let me first make one thing extremely clear, we do not answer to you. Secondly, if you have a problem with a staff ruling, the absolute worst thing you can do is bring it to RNF, bringing it to the court of autism will pretty much assure that you lose. Thirdly, the correct place to discuss any issue or ruling is this brand new sub-forum we have called "Petition/Exploit", I strongly suggest some of you check it out.

Now that we have that out of the way, when there is an issue on a large scale involving multiple people, I speak to guild leaders, not random guild members that wrongly feel they are super important, regardless of how big their ego may be (something that could have avoided this entire situation had certain players taken that approach last night). I've spoken with 3 of the 4 guild leaders that I need to, and the only reason I haven't spoken to the fourth guild leader yet is because he is a Euro who wasn't around last night, and I've been busy up until this point today.

The overall mentality of some of you is beyond gross and really needs to be re-evaluated if you plan to continue playing here. The amount of disrespect I see for the server staff, the server rules, and your fellow players is beyond absurd and it would not fly anywhere else, so i'm not sure why you think it's going to fly here.
