Situation is a fucking mess, and I want to tell AG to sort their things out and/or leave CSG. Cloki is ready to pull that trigger yesterday.

AG, lead by Valick, has killed mobs that broke raid agreement, they have hidden kills to not share loot with us, they have done solo kills on mobs we agree to do together, they have bullied us into loot deals that are against what we are, and Valick has, in public, talked to me and others in a way that is completely unacceptable.

So, on Monday, Omni is going to suspend CSG raiding until AG decides if they still want to be in CSG or not. I would like Europa to follow suit. I need your guys sign off for that.

I appreciate AG is the strongest of the three guild, I appreciate that they can probably kill shit without us that we can't without them etc. But when we were the strongest [never? - Murkeye], we did not act in the way that AG is. We were not the bully. Its not who we are, its not who CSG are.

I don't want to be part of a Europa that flies with AG in its current form. They are not CSG, we are not CSG.

I want AG to clean house and get rid of Valick and his like, or Ruffel to take the good people and form a new guild we can then continue in CSG with.

I have spent 4-5 years on CSG, and so many hours that its unbelievable, so don't for a second think I am taking any of this lightly. I have sleepless nights over this[lol - Murkeye], and its having a lot more emotional impact on me than it should have. But enough is enough. At least for me, and I hope it is for Europa.

Please let me know your thoughts here.

Sounds to me like some opportunistic asshole came in and took over AG to get himself and his cronies extra loot using the seemingly endless influx/rotation of nubs that at this point constantly fills out all the guilds on this server, not just the current iteration of TMO or whatever the big "raid" guilds are. In the process it appears he is fucking everything up royally.

AG was 80% of the raid force for well over a year for 1/3 of the loot from the kills also the EPICS were on a rotation 1:1:1 ratio it was almost a year before AG got a white scale and waaaaay longer on others. its terrible when you got over 100 people in a guild and they see a "hard epic" ever 6-8 months. I personally Miss AG a lot at times and the fact I could have been GL who knows what would have happened better or worse. but I had no complaints with CSG as an alliance we always had good numbers its just he loot was a fuckin JOKE how can AG have 80% of the force for 33% of the epics and Omni 5-10% of the force for 33% of the epics it was just fucked... Hell I remember when CSG was batphoned for Golems like always and a Slime blood (Necro epic dropped) and ZERO omni were in zone or even tried to fuckin log in because it was in there little "im not raiding" window and they still got handed a necro epic for doing NOTHING... tech less than nothing they made an effort NOT to come. my god I remember when I told then if discord "you guys know this is most likely going to omni right?" and AGs discord almost melted my ears off.... one of the first things I was going to do was push to make ALL loot part of the population roll = Fuck that 1;1;1 ratio on epics. it would simply be part of the roll like it should have been since day 1.... Loot distribution is by far the biggest complaint ive seen out of CSG in the few years I was there.. reguardless if they split up Europa will just go back to agnarr with the rest of the hipsters and Omni all 12 of them will just poof.. AG will live on strong I bet.. BUT for how long? they would either need to redo an alliance or watch most of the members join A/A to see those mobs again.

Really great idea despite the misplaced acrimony toward Valick. Valick is a hero - CSG should be grateful he even bothered with leadership at all. There's a laundry list of loot and experiences that CSG never would've seen without him. There are far, far worse people in AG (a certain Lodizal thread comes to mind) that should be Culkasi's target instead of Valick. This was and to no surprise is still a common theme among CSG bureaucracy - AG spearheads a series of successful and highly-contested kills, so naturally they feel entitled to a bigger chunk of the loot, often failing to account for previous concessions made by Euromni in supposed exchange for a bigger piece of the pie come next round. Repeat ad infinitum. AG is about as close to a hardcore raiding guild as a casual guild can get, and Euromni typically occupies the Very Casual end of the spectrum, so the lopsided feelings regarding loot is hardly a surprise. It's a shame that post-Nemce AG leadership hasn't been able to level the scale to CSG's satisfaction - AG's role is less about planning and strategizing and more about numbers, time (spent during non-Euro hours), and occasionally performance (usually when Valick's leading the raid). It's critically important to recognize where the game-winning plans usually originate from, and that was something Nemce was able to reward in a way that was pretty fair for all parties, and often baffled those in AG who didn't understand the deeper intricacies in play.
