Bill Bellichick is exacting vengeance on Bob Kraft now.

He is dismantling the Patriots for not allowing him to boot the aging and declining Tom Brady.

1. Jimmy Garappolo sent to San Fran for a future SECOND round draft pick.
2. Jacoby Brissett sent to Colts for nothing.

These are huge moves!

On top of that, he now is fucking with TOM BRADY!!!! Not allowing Brady's personal trainer/guru to interact with the team and limiting where the trainer can go, due to other players seeking out his advice over the team's personal trainers, supposedly.

Kraft fucked with the wrong head coach, choosing to force Bill to be stuck with Brady till Brady decides he wants to go.

Patriots going to be a shell of what they been once Bellichick is done and retires, leaving them with a depleted team as well as a coach that will never be able to fill the great Bellichick's shoes.

you absolutely can not have this on your team. everybody knows that. it's a coach and quarterback thing, not a coach and TOM BRADY thing. Fact is more facts are coming out. ;)

If you don't think this change with Brady's trainer will not have an effect on Brady and Bill's relationship you are a moron. It's known that this trainer of Brady's isn't just a trainer per se, but he is also something of a life coach. He plays a huge part in Brady's life.

This situation will definitely affect Brady and Bill and eventually in the end the team thanks to Bill cleaning out the future of the Patriots by trading away really solid players that would undoubtedly been a big part of their future.

Bill is a calculated evil hoodie wearing genius, and the team owner Kraft should have never doubted or refused his bidding when it comes to the team's construction or future planning.

You are just throwing hyperbole everywhere (as usual.) There are many competent head coaches in the NFL at this time.

The Rams dumped that turd of a coach Jeff Fisher and got Seam McVay and look at their turn around season... Same players only big change was the coach and they went from being 4-12 to 10-4 and the season aint even over yet.

Steelers coach Mike Tomlin has been consistently on top with his teams, rarely makes dumb coaching choices in big games, ala Seahawks coach Pete Carroll.

I'd even put Jason Garrett up there as a consistent coach who rarely makes dumb mistakes in big games, usually it's his team that falls short or retardedly bad calls go against the Cowboys ala Dez Bryant's catch that was called a non-catch which ended their Superbowl chances in 2014.

Some other coaches are decent but I could find examples of them making extremely poor game-changing calls so I will stick to these 3 as superb coaches in the NFL besides Bellichick.

Also, one can only wonder how much more successful other coaches in the NFL would have if they utilized the shady techniques Bill has over his career with the Patriots.

Spygate anyone? Deflategate anyone? Bill and his most competent team is also known for their shadiness I think that needs to be added here if we discussing coaches and their success in the NFL.

Lhance you must not watch enough Steelers games if you think Tomlin is a competent head coach. Guy has the worst clock management in the league and has no idea how to manage a game. Is consistently outcoached in the playoffs when teams have a chance to prepare. Makes 0 in game adjustments ever (Steelers vs. Patriots Playoffs last year).

He has been blessed with a Hall of Fame QB and a ton of talent since he walked through the door. The Super Bowl he won was with Cowher's team that he put together and was absolutely loaded. I have no doubt he is a players coach and you can tell the players love him but the Steelers really need to move on from him.

Tomlin coaches aggressively and that's why he comes up big in big games he never plays conservatively or scared like McCarthy does with Green Bay for example.

I mean who would you put above Tomlin besides Bellichick? None of the other coaches surpass Tomlin in coaching ability they all have flaws. Bellichick is pretty much the only one that doesn't seem to have any glaring faults.

I think McVay appears pretty damn good but we only seen part of one season of him so it's too early to declare him as a great in the league.

Jags coach Marrone might be decent too, can't be overstated what they are doing with a quarterback that is a turnover machine. Pretty amazing actually.

So here's my thoughts.

If you read the story about Guerrero you'll see that he was originally Tom Brady's personal fitness coach, among other things. When it became clear that Brady was doing something right and he's lasted longer than most football players, many became interested in his methods (Also dubbed the TB12 Method). Several Patriots players started using him instead of their own staff, and he was billing the Patriots for all of this time. I'm guessing someone finally put their foot down and said enough is enough, we have people on staff for this, we can't have the whole team going to a contractor. If it's just Tom Brady, that's fine, Brady gets what he wants. It might have even been a decision involving Brady himself if Guerrero was spreading himself too thin and needs to scale back.

In any case, there's nowhere near enough information to be definitively saying that there's anything going on between Belichik and others.

Steelers coach Mike Tomlin has been consistently on top with his teams, rarely makes dumb coaching choices in big games, ala Seahawks coach Pete Carroll.

I'm asking myself if you've even watched any Steelers games lately. He makes many coaching mistakes that are covered up by having the best WR & RB combo in the game. Oh and their pro-bowl QB with two Superbowl rings isn't too shabby either.

You could probably coach them to the playoffs.

Like when he let Dak get sacked 6 times in one game by Atlanta a few weeks back without bringing any help? He also sucks at clock management. ( He must have learned clock management from Andy Reid) It took him 3 games to figure out what to do without Zeke.

Some other coaches are decent but I could find examples of them making extremely poor game-changing calls so I will stick to these 3 as superb coaches in the NFL besides Bellichick.

That's a good point about that game when Dak was getting stomped over and over. I just think Garrett is underrated because of his demeanor and pretty ginger hair.

Yes, Tomlin stumbles at times in the regular season, but his speeches and emotional relationship with his players really maximizes what he gets out of them. He also has not blown any big games with dumb decisions. I stand by him being a top-notch NFL coach.

There are no coaches that don't make errors at times. I noted the consistent coaches that get to the playoffs and that look promising, who also do not blow big games with stupid coaching decisions.

There have been some reports that Guerrero was stepping on the toes of the teams medical staff and players were taking his advice over the teams medical staffs advice.

There is even a report now that says he even was "badmouthing" Bellichick, and if that's the case well we all know Bill wouldn't put up with that.

I don't think Brady had anything to do with it though, and that's why I think Tom and Bill's relationship is going to sour.

I foresee the Pats doing well until Tom exits. I see Bill leaving once Tom goes, and that would explain why Bill has decided to empty out the promising reserves that are on the team.

Kraft made it clear he would not drop Brady until Brady decides, and this put Bill in the passenger seat not the drivers and this is Bill's ultimate revenge.

The Guerrero thing is probably a whole separate issue imo. Just bad timing, but it had to be addressed by Bill and so he did.

When I was in my early 20s I was drinking heavily (and single) when I started to watch baseball.

I actually learned to understand and somehow enjoy the pace of the game on TV. I then stopped due to changes in habit and life.

Later in my life I tried to start watching it again, and I don't know how I ever watched baseball on TV... It's such a slow paced game compared to football or basketball.

Basically baseball has extreme long points of nothing, then peaks of excitement every great once in awhile.

My dislike of Tomlin comes from being a Steelers fan and watching way too many mistakes with clock management or being unprepared. I won't go through all of them this season but let's take last week for example against the Patriots.

First and goal no timeouts. You "score" on first down and there is a 5 minute review. Anyone watching that knows the rules knew that play was coming back. You had 5 full minutes to be ready for second, third, and possibly 4th down. I would have been fine going for it on 4th down to try to win the game rather than playing for overtime where you probably would have lost anyway.

What is inexcusable is he didn't even have a 3rd down play ready to go after a 5 minute free timeout. Instead they get tackled in bounds on second down and go with a fake spike against the best coached team in the league with 1 guy in the pattern and multiple defenders. Interception and game over. You absolutely have to have a 3rd down play ready assuming you get tackled in bounds and they didn't. He makes these types of mistakes all the time. Again, great motivator and a players coach but they need to move on.

Nah you missed understood what I wrote, I was pointing out Pete Carroll makes big game mistakes and so I would not put him in the top of NFL coaches.

Also, I have to rebuke my point of Garrett being a great coach who rarely makes big game mistakes. He just had Dak Prescott throw passes while on 2nd and goal ffs.

Elliott is back from his 6 week vacation, and they are on 2nd and goal against the Seahawks and they don't run Zeke??? My god. Dallas deserves to lose this game and honestly I won't be surprised if Jerry Jones kicks Jason Garrett off the team this year.

It's almost as if he wanted Dak to win this game against the Seahawks with his arm, when he has been throwing shitty the entire game! Actually, the entire YEAR Dak has been off, no idea how the hell you got a receiver like Dez Bryant and you can't complete long yard passes... smfh.

As for Tomlin, ya'll full of crap. He's a great coach and 90% of the teams would die to have him head coach for them. Stop riding the coattails of Barlu, Fandy you probably never even watched a Steelers game to comment with such assertiveness.

I take this back. ^

I am still emotional after the Cowboys lost to the Seahawks.

Even Fandy deserves some respect even though he's a dickhead to everyone. That doesn't justify stooping to his level though.

Sorry Fandy! Hope you find it in your non-existent heart to forgive me!

I will always remember the time he posted that photo of himself holding a half-melted bar of chocolate in a child's sock and calling it an actual poopsock he created. :p

Actually, the entire YEAR Dak has been off, no idea how the hell you got a receiver like Dez Bryant and you can't complete long yard passes... smfh.

To be fair , Dez was being Dez today. He was crying that he wasn't getting the ball and then fumbles it when he finally does get it. That cost them a TD and he checked out after that.

I agree about Zeke, he's their bell cow and gets better the more he carries the ball. He had 6 weeks rest and they NEEDED to win this one to stay alive. Bad coaching.

Seattle will be one and done anyway if they do make the playoffs.

Yeah that's what his nearly incoherent post was supposed to indicate with those links.

he just wants to hit me when I am emotionally vulnerable.

Seahawks couldn't have played worse, and the Cowboys still found a way to lose that game. They out of the playoffs now. *cry*

The SF Giants were so bad last year haha. It's ok though because you know what? 3 in 8! :D (3 in 5 sounded so much better)

Dodgers fans I guess can keep bragging about regular season achievements if it makes them feel better. After all they do have one of the greatest REGULAR SEASON pitchers of all time!!

I thought maybe it was an aberration but Garappolo seems to be consistent. SF is going to be a contender next year, and they can thank Bill for that.

I don't mind, I miss when SF used to be a factor. Not sure if they ever reach the point Montana and Steve Young took them, but who knows?

maybe this whole thing is a league conspiracy to build contenders.

the any given sunday thing sells and boosts the overall health of the franchise. wouldnt b surprised if Gooddell ordered Garappolo over to SF in the name of competition and as an auxiliary punishment for all this cheating and winning.

It takes all personality types, different leadership styles can be successful. Not everyone reacts well to the "hardass tough guy" leaders. Some people react better to the intuitive more gentler type leaders, or as you call it a "big pussy" leader.

That's pretty a good analysis and a nice string of words. Most important thing it made sense.

Sometimes I get confused and lost when reading Azzar posts I just have to chalk it up that I aint on that level.

Also, I am sure CTE has nothing to do with a 38 year old linebacker known for his aggressive hard hitting style behaving peculiar and undisciplined.

I hope this isn't the case, but I can't help but think of CTE whenever a football player does some weird shit or acts out of character. They already proved that some of these football players actually have early onset dementia and brain damage from CTE while still playing on the college level. I can only worry about the damage done to a player like Harrison who has been banging his head for 25+ years on the gridiron.

Atlanta will most likely be one and done but so would have Seattle. When your QB accounts for 80% of your total offense and all your rushing its hard to win in the playoffs.

Not being able to get it done against a decimated Cardinals team pretty much sums it up.

Lhancelot
01-02-2018, 03:22 PM
ATL lacks mental strength as a team, their QB is skilled but a mental midget.

Matty Ice is the opposite of clutch, he melts under pressure and the coach plays to not lose which often times ruins the chance of a team to win when facing a headstrong team that is focused.

That Superbowl implosion was embarrassing. I agree, they will never get over that.
