history shows that 100% of the people that post on rnf about their ip exemption are just dual boxers

I'd be okay with dual boxers if they had to have 2 computers from the era and have a live stream of them dual boxing on at all times.

- willing folks could get double serious about pixels.
- GM's could confirm at at moment they were legit by seeing the live stream
- the rants and flames would have many good threads
