Nobody is going to do anything terribly goony, we all enjoy the server.

Yeah, I got this general consensus that the goons are normal people based on what I saw on Unrest in EQ2. They've just got a popular name from EVE, thus everyone goes crazy when they see them. I've yet to meet a goon troll. Sure, they might be silly, but never trollish.
