This naming policy should be considered retroactive at the discretion of the Customer Service Representatives, and will be enforced as the project's limited support resources permits.

In other words, if it's not a big deal to most people, it probably won't get removed, even if it violates the naming rules.

At least that's how it seems. I don't know much about their enforcement of naming rules...

it's probably because of some random QQ person that didn't like me or maybe someone that donates. I hear at happens to quite a few people with names that aren't really that bad.
