Skills Above Level 40

So i have noticed that once you get above level 40 as a Shadow Knight Offense and 1hb no longer go up. They 1hb not going above 200 fine whatever. But if you get 5 points per level should go up to 250. Offense though is not increasing above 200 should be going up considering Defense still goes up above 200. I could personally see for a hybrid that the spell skills would stop at 200 which don't. And that the melee part would still increase. If you could look into it would be great. Isn't melee actually supposed to cap at 200 in classic? It's not always 5 points per level.

No melee doesn't cap at 200 across the board.
Example of what they have:
Monk (Max 252)
Warrior (Max 250)
Rogue (Max 250)
Ranger (Max 240)
Bard (Max 225)
Paladin (Max 225)
Shadow Knight (Max 200)
Shaman (Max 220)
Cleric (Max 175)
Druid (Max 175)
Enchanter (Max 110)
Magician (Max 110)
Necromancer (Max 110)
Wizard (Max 110)

That is what they have currently for 1hb. But i just don't understand why it at least isn't the same as paladin. All just curious why Offense doesn't keep progressing like my defense does. Cause has of right now other then hps and mana a shadow knight doesn't increase at all beyond level 40 til you get level 49 spells. Which means at level 48 you would have to be able to kill the same mobs as you would at level 40 for the most part.
