Would be interesting to see who is the most ignored person on p99. I am going to guess its either swish or Alarti. Swish spams a lot and alarti's posts/"arguments" are unreadable. Maeorilith (however you spell that) and pokesan are also plausible candidates.

There are only ever around a dozen or two at most (all guilds combined) who actively stare and they rotate in and out. That includes those staring at the door, spawn points and sontalak's ass.

If they tried to implement dice rolling, they'd have to write up another encyclopedia of rules to ensure that the people who are rolling have "earned" the right to roll. Can't let just anybody walk in and have a chance, that would devalue the pixels somehow.
