I just went in on a pair of Sennheiser 600s for my laptop and then had to bundle in another 350 for a decent DAC and headphone amp.

I have some AKG 701's after owning some Sennheister 595 for a few years. I think a lot of people that say more expensive headphones aren't worth it simply haven't had a chance to use them in a nice environment with lossless music. The difference is very worth it to anyone that likes listening to music.

Get the 60's to start - Grado's are super fucking.. I don't even know the word, but the highs are ear piercing and fatiguing for some types of music. Go low end and see if you can deal with it because it's present on basically every pair. Their 'signature' sound. Don't get me wrong - they sound great, but some types of music they're just hard to listen with.

Oh and they're uncomfortable as fuck until you get into the sr325 range..

I am guessing it will be like the rest , cutting out and random interference. . The "ultralow-power Bluetooth" sounds weak. Unless the new W1 chip is way better then average.

Not exactly but they come with a small pack (dental floss size) that holds them , and can charge them for 24 hours. And they are only on when they are in your ears so as soon as you remove them they go off. Should last awhile.

I'd stick with the original airbuds if you want wireless... Or spend big and get something like those Bose.

All you guys with badass headsets! Nice... but can you walk away and canni / push to talk button :) I like wireless headsets too, I use the g930 here. IMO Best for gaming if you want to walk away and still have buttons to push. But not the best for loud music. So choose wisely.

They are horrible and a waste of money. I had no traction, they slipped around as I walked and good luck if you walk on an incline. You don't skimp on shoes. I would have been better off sticking a $20 to each of my feet and walking on that.
