Don't care. How bout you list some cool stuff you've eaten in the past month or two because I know you probably have a good list.
I did Cured (https://curedatpearl.com/m/) with Flickken last time I was in San Antonio. We couldn't get a reservation for Supper (http://www.supperatemma.com) though because it's way too damn popular. It's on the Bon Appetit 2016 Best New Restaurant list. Also did dinner at a SA steakhouse, ordered the wagyu filet, best steak I've ever had.

I've been in NYC for the past 3 months and when I'm not working until 2am, I've found time to head to some pretty solid places with the team.
The nicest/most ostentatious place I've been to thus far is,
http://www.thomaskeller.com/new-york-new-york/per-se/todays-menus
I think the chef here is featured on that Netflix series, Chef's Table.
The ambience is as obnoxious as the prices. We were lucky enough to get a last minute reservation 2 days before - place is typically booked out several weeks in advance unless you're someone important in NYC or a box-legend on P99.
The menu changes regularly, but I had some kind of lamb that was so good, you'd blow a load that could easily strip the paint right off the walls.
Another place I tried was,
https://www.bluehillfarm.com/dine/new-york
This was like the poor-man's Per Se. Also good but the portions were smaller?
Hit a couple of the name steak houses,
Peter Luger in Brooklyn - https://peterluger.com/
Quality Meats in Midtown - http://www.qualitymeatsnyc.com/home.cfm
Quality meats is near the lawyer's office so we ate there often. Between the two, I don't know if I'd vote Luger's as the clear winner - I feel like I'm biased because everyone tells me that Luger's is the best, but I really couldn't tell which was the greater of the two.
Aureole was a dinner tasting event with a French inspired menu. Of the Prix-fixe places, this was last place.
http://www.charliepalmer.com/aureole-new-york/
Went to this Korean BBQ place a couple times, it's in the Gramercy/Flatiron area ( I think they have two locations ),
http://www.barnjoo.com/bar-and-restaurant/
The service here was shit - had to order two drinks at a time because by the time they came around again you'd have been finished with your first waiting for a second.
I've been trying to get Detoxx and Tasslehof to come meet up with me in the city but Detoxx is a hunchback recluse and Tasslehof is always busy with one of his 6 girlfriends. Also waiting for RyanTwin20 to come meet up - he keeps flaking on me.

First, they asked Cecily and Raev which class was better, not you half-wit hillbillies.
Second, Chest decided this thread is now about finer cuisine and culinary experiences; you all will post accordingly.

Chest is from Texas. His idea of fine cuisine is burnt pig covered in sugared tomato sauce.

Monks are cooler and more useful!
Definitely less cool unless Human. How are they more useful? Do you mean pulling (do that on my rogue), tanking (do that on my rogue), corpse recovery (do that on my rogue), or dps (do that WAAAYY better on my rogue).

Believe or not I have had some really good food as of late.
Cynagus http://amwaygrand.com/dining/cygnus-27
Grove http://www.groverestaurant.com/
Nonla http://www.nonlavietnamesestreetfood.com/
Definitely some memorable stuff at every stop, also stopped at this hole in the wall bar in Ann Arbors student ghetto and had some of the best Korean short rib tacos Ive ever had, comparable to that shiz in vegas. Got high and forgot I made this post haha
