Yea, swarms right at KC entrance. Seems a bit absurd. The group I was in one day one of them saw the bard steal some of our pulls, and then the bard invited us to "leave his preferred spot". Not the first time I have heard he's trained people.

After that he trained half the zone and had to res everyone with his cleric bot.

What can I do to get vigilante justice if GMs won't do anything about this guy?

He just makes sure you have swarm aggro then zones. Gotta remember he's not in it for the xp, hes in it to kill people.

Also GM's are as annoyed by petitions involving bards as players are of having to deal with them in the zone.

I'd say as long as you do your due diligence in providing proof of the zone disruption then you are gold.

Of course, that requires effort.

Multiple people attacked Rogean directly in several threads about 3-4 years ago and nobody got banned for calling him he-who-shall-not-be-named.
