Don't want to speak too soon, but something like this is usually a few weeks before you get someone to look at it.

Deletions/restorations also depend on the mood and the circumstances. Your initial petition was pretty easy to give the "no" on....but its too late, just cross your fingers.

Actually, I compromised. I was deleting the lower levels on all my accounts. I deleted a few 50s, here and there. But accidentally deleted the highest level on one of the accounts like a dumbass.
