Awakened had a Raid Group and killed Verina Tomb During Raid Suspension

Does this constitute breaking the raid suspension rules? I was there by myself ready to pull her and 6-8 awakend members come in which I believe constitutes as a raid group and FTE's Verina Tomb before I get a chance.

If it can be proven that in fact 7-8 members of the suspended Awakened did willfully and purposefully engage said rare spawned mob, can it not be stated that the following statement can be said to have taken place: gathered more than one group united in a common goal.

This appears to be a clear violation of the Project 1999 raid rule #1, first paragraph, clause number two, as it is written.

I'd put the average age even higher than that. EQ started losing steam in about 2003ish, if you were 15 years old at that time you're 28 now. If you started playing in 1999 you're almost certainly 30+. Thats the crazy part about these policies, you're not dealing with children or teenagers who need controlling, you're dealing with grown ass adults who should be able to know whats appropriate and what is not.

The only guilds that seem to have these policies are the very top raiding guilds who rule with an iron fist. BDA clearly does not have this policy as the members have stated, and I know Azure Guard does not police members speech. Its even stated in the recruitment thread.

They were dark times and I have no desire to return to them. In my own defense I was an established member of BDA before an RNF ban was ever discussed. I wasn't upset about it enough to /gquit but It's EXTREMELY unlikely that I would ever knowingly join a guild that thinks it's their business to tell members where/when they can speak. It was anything but willing. I don't take lightly to having ANYONE tell me what I can/can't say. Let alone (to use Pokesan's words) "some cyber elf shithead"

Wasn't exactly bathing in pixels. A/A makes it their life mission to make sure nobody but them gets any significant amount. But I had made friendships and really enjoy playing with most ppl in BDA.
