Salty has been working on eq in unity for quite a while already tho haven't heard anything about it in a few years now.

Make it day 1 classic UI plox.

Can create a character log in, autoattack, target an NPC/player, see other players moving around, see NPCs moving (albeit buggy), gain experience, have your HP update, and watch an NPC die/leave a corpse.

So not very. But it's getting there.

If you need any 3D work, it would be good practice for me. Looks like animations are in though.

People who have past experience programming with EQEmu's framework may be able to help - the server it connects to is an EQEmulator server with websockets.

Any potential it might have had to be popular died with Salty's spam on the forums and in game.

Without ever clicking on any of the many links I thought it was something with spyware involved lol

Even if the project ended up being great it would never have any legitimacy with Salty being involved.

Not giving a fuck cuz OP iz not cool at all. Periods.

being able to copy paste code around was only cool in 1990 to 1997.

After that being able to talk to computers became weird.

Websockets means it's TCP instead of UDP? Better not get a lag spike, right? Or you guys solved that issue somehow?
