I mean, I don't think RNF was really ever that good, but a couple things:
1) Several guilds dock DKP for RNF posting (lol)
2) Was a change made a while back, you'll probably notice that RNF's actual title is a bit shorter, no more NSFW. Also they started moving threads that weren't p99 related to off topic. Off topic is probably the new RNF, plenty of terrible posters there
