Some TMO might be on Phinny. There's a guild called The Mystical Order on Phinny, but I'm not sure how many and if any TMO from here play there. Almost every player from that guild I've encountered has denied being a part of p99 TMO. One even stated he's going to leave soon because of being flamed for wearing the tag.
