Play by play of the competition. No spin here, just hard cold facts.

First Race:Lord Kreizenn. Downed by us, even with our little gate messup. Our competitors got a nice Ikitar we didnt even know was in window due to wrong timers. Shame on us. Silver Disk, Verlekarnorm's Horn of Disaster.

Second race: LTK. No biggie. Lendi's Talisman, Boots of superiority, Mask of Superiority.

Third Race: Lady N. Unfortunately we got tracker fte to Lady N so grats on a free kill to competition!

Fourth Race Dozekar. Was close but unfortunately Detoxx won the race. Doesn't help with the already inflated ego he has. Emerald Tear, White Tear, Silver Tear, Serrated Tear

Fifth Race: Lord Koi'Doken. Conda and Icki were neck to neck for this one and far ahead of the others. Legs for all with our Greaves of the Deep Sea x2.

Sixth Race: Jorlleag/Aaryonar. God this was the annoying one where Aary went down to the last 20 minutes of his window when Jorrleag popped. We won the race and unfortuntely before we could down him and locked in, Aary popped. But our shams appreciated this because they got bis Sprinkler of the Spirits x2.

Seventh Race: Yelinak. Because of some unguilded toon fteing yeli when we were ready to engage, shady stuff, we lost this one. Cant win them all.

Eight Race: Cekenar/Dain Cekenar popped, lost the race. Consolation prize was Dain short after. Didnt down him in time though to get back after competition let Cekenar gate. Frostreaver, Dain Frostreaver's Head, Ring of Winter, Aegis of Ice.

Ninth Race: Eashen. Our clerics loved this one. Onyx Chain Sleeves x2 Cloak of the Sky.

Other: Gorenaire Druushk. Downed a quick morning gore and then after awakened gave up on Druushk after wiping, got with our friends in Rustle and downed him. No scales or Sow sword unfortunately.

This would not require mass repops (which nilbog-rogean are against)
This would keep mob windows close together and force people to prioritize its a win win for all guilds.

GMs back the idea to lower variance (NOT remove it) no poopsocking.
Just turn the 16 hour into 8 hour even, or 6 hour and this would be do able.

-all the guilds would back it besides maybe a few negative nancy that don't understand how it would help them. The majority would win.
And Rogean / Nilbog would be open to this idea if everyone showed it is what we want.

I asked for lower variance every summit I went to, even felt +-4 hours or 8 hour variance is plenty to serve its "purpose".

Even 12 hours of variance would work fine.

Every time its brought up, the same follow up response happens - " We asked you guys to stop poopsocking if we lowered variance and you didn't. Why would we lower it further?"

Poopsocking did stop the first couple weeks of the newly minted 16 hour variance back in 2014, problem was there is not that many different things to do in this game besides wait so people returned to the zone ins to wait.

Haven't spoke to any of you in what seems like forever but I hope your all doing good. Fully assume my bard is delevel'd to 57 from Detoxx by now =)

This damn Pokemon Go...so fun. You guys best take some time from the poopsock and get in on this, its a blast. I gave some students a good show last night when I ate shit on my rollerblades down by the university, and not paying attention to where im going lol.

Have a great rest of the summer, and if you are feeling rich, look up and buy a Traeger BBQ, your grilling game basically levels up to lvl 60 instantly.

My group at King in seb got wiped by a train from a raid. Aftermath rolled in with their raid force on the way to trakanon and gave us the fungi tunic dropped by the king himself.

Was in a LDC trio in SolB last night with some new friends when an Aftermath (and others) raid force rolled through on way to Naggy and trained us (not intentionally). General craziness ensued with imps and giants all the way to LS zone and multiple deaths, but kudos to the guild (and Rustle, I believe) for making it right and handing out 96% rezzes like candy.
