Ring 9 - Seneschal Aldikar wont give box - Red

Red server : Ring 9 quest mob Seneschal Aldikar in Icewell, thurgadinb, needs to be respawned because he isn't working as intended and giving the box when you speak to him and say the proper phrase. I had 5 different people of varying levels of faction, in the throne room, and out of the throne room/ when court was in session, out of session -- and it did not work. Please fix this or respawn him. Thank you!

Did you turn in the 8th ring to trigger the conversation (him walking to his room)? He only does when the court is in session and he is standing by the throne.

He has bugged on blue before where the court is in session and he's in his room (giving him the ring makes him walk to the throne then you need to give the ring again to re-trigger the script). As long as he's walked to the room and it's between 8am to 6pm after finishing his dialogue, the phrase should work
