Starting Rogue Epic

How do level 46 rogues starts the epic quest? I thought you need to be 50+ to get the pouch from malka.

Can it be MQ'd by a 50+? Can non-rogues who are 50+ get the pouch

This. Malka's pouch is bugged here. Just acquire your notes (and book probably) and have a 50+ rogue spawn him for you. All the other NPCs are timed spawns. After Renux you need a rogue to spawn him again and once more for the final hand in. Good luck!

No, you only need to say "I need to see Stanos" to Anson McBale to spawn Stanos. You don't even have to be a rogue, afaik.
