September of 2011 I was prescribed 750mg Cipro for an infection I never had. In the course of the next year I lost everything I had, including my health from the mental and physical havoc this drug can create. In 2013 the FDA finally admitted that these drugs can cause permanent nerve damage. I have digestive problems, a permanent twitch in my pelvic floor and various musculoskeletal issues. EQ and Poker have helped me cope some by giving me some unity in a world where I am not as crippled

I was prescribed mass amounts of cipro (6 month cycle, looool) in 2011-2012 for the same reason (they couldn't figure out what was wrong with me, but it wasn't an infection) and can personally vouch that the risk of permanent nerve damage as a side effect was known at the time. I was able to avoid the potentially dire consequences after informing myself.

He permabanned me for calling him out on ninja looting a drop (I was in his group at the time). He then proceeded to talk shit about me, after he "did me a favor" by reducing his price on a tear by 5k.

Of course, he failed to mention this was after he'd fucked up (by his own admission) and wasted about 6 hours of both my time, and that of the esteemed associates I'd called in. We had to wait until the next day, and some harsh words were spoken. My fellows were initially upset with me but once I pointed them in the direction of his stream, anger turned to laughter and pity for the King of the Ricecakes.

I told him I'd gladly give him the 5k to stick someplace uncomfortable (I was rather drunk at the time), but he did not take me up on my offer.

Perhaps not the most exciting story, but a true one.

That's just too logical, post a thread here and we'll give you the cookie cutter copy/paste send us screenshots, logs, and any other pertinent information to prove your innocence.

I personally hope this issue can be resolved unless its an unforgivable Sin or some sort that strongly violates the rules, because I feel red really enjoys classic Everquest and not just as a niche for streaming, but the game as a whole. Whether he streams for money or not that's entirely on him and people who choose to donate (I'm not going to get into the possibility of donations being used to cover RMT that's getting into tinfoil hat territory - is it possible? yes, but policing it would be entirely stupid because then as a streamer we arn't allowed to be nice to anyone and give items / plat away for fear of people potentially falsely accusing us of RMT when they see we get a 5 dollar donation or something on twitch)

However in a sense of fairness he shouldn't get any special treatment because hes a streamer (we get that enough from donations and people helping us out in-game , although red needs very little as he focuses on soloing a lot) and by special treatment It should go both ways, he shouldn't be held to a higher standard than other players and have take stricter punishment because of it, nor should be let off the hook if it was a something completely out of line with the rules.
