giants are great exp and loot is great for the shawl quests, faction is needed as well so a hot spot to be had. only problem is the high levels with no consideration for the little guys trying to level, obtain faction, and make some money.

the problem is nobody cares if you call this camp anymore, they will just run up and take ur mob and down it faster then you can. i understand completely the ones who want to tag your mob to get faction from it thats no problem there, but standing in the spawn location and attacking the mobs because it "Aggrod you" lmao sorry i just have to laugh. anyways heres some fun SS from an encounter today just before i finally got my lvl 47. enjoy!

Yes I got my arms from you :) and yes I remember drooling over ur epic, had no problem with u there u respected that it was camped and boosted my pet with mask and DS :) which sped up the killing therefore getting you more faction while I got exp, we worked together like I remember classic eq being :)

I had this same problem at spirocs and raptors in TD. Why does no one call camp check in outdoor zones? Because no one respects outdoor camps because there is no enforcement. Instead you geniuses do shit like FTE which is totes classic. The majority of these disputes on this server are your own making because the staff uses the most mongo set of rules ever created or they just /lazy and play favorites.

But please enlighten me as to who should get priority. As I understand the rules no one gets it at all and we can all just killsteal from outdoor camps as we please.

Arbitration / Camps
In issues of disruptions or interference such as a camp dispute, players are required to work together to reach a compromise.

If this cannot be accomplished prior to the involvement of a Project 1999 CSR Staff Member, the CSR will mandate a solution. A CSR Solution is final and not open to debate. Refusal to abide by the direction of a CSR will result in account disciplinary for disruptive behavior.

Due to the busy nature of the CSR and possible lack of factual information, the solution reached may not be to the best interest of both parties (a "lose-lose" situation). It is for this reason that players are highly suggested to reach a compromise on their own.

The Project 1999 Staff does not define what constitutes a camp, and disputes are arbitrated on a case by case basis. A CSR's ruling may be different than previous rulings based on any number of circumstances, including (but not limited to) players involved and their history, behavior / attitude of the players, and facts gathered by the CSR.

In general, a player should maintain a presence at or very near the spawn of the camp they are intending to hold, while keeping the placeholders of any relevant spawns dead. It is allowed to 'camp' multiple areas if there are no other players interested in doing so, however if another party is interested in moving into one of your camps, you must chose which one to keep and maintain your presence there.

Lol , I was killing some giants in GD near the wizard spires, just running around killing the wandering giants for heads and toes for coldain quest.

Fortnex sends me a tell harassing me for killing his XP mobs and tells me to go somewhere else because I dont get XP here and these are his giants he is exping on.

I told him sorry, these mobs are used in a quest, and maybe that he is in the wrong spot, trying to xp on mobs that high levels need for faction/quests. How many spots can a lvl 40 xp in vs. how many spots can players farm coldain faction/heads/toes...

Not really, it shows that they are actually concerned for the community becoming a bunch of assholes and want us to understand that the points they are making are pretty logical and mostly right.
