gotta let the IP blockages drip out occasionally. should take less than 10 minutes.

You can't let the IP blockages out with the power on. Make sure to switch off the main electrical breaker to your house.

p99 has alot of compatibility issues with wired mice/keyboards.. the best option would be to (unplug first!) use scissors and cut the wire from your mouse/keyboard to make them wire-less. many people have far better experience with wire-less, maybe this will help you?
