Mana Shroud debuff icon is empty

The debuff icon for Mana Shroud (http://wiki.project1999.com/Mana_Shroud) is black/empty (see attached pics).

FYI, I'm using Vert's UI (http://www.project1999.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7850) with classic spell icons (http://www.project1999.com/forums/showthread.php?t=11949).

I don't see this spell in any of my spdat files from 2001.
