I actually watched a video earlier today where they were asking Jerry Seinfeld about political correctness. He remarked about how young people were becoming so PC and desperate to be offended that every comedian he knew that did shows at colleges refuses to do them now.

As far as I know, the only threads deleted here lately were from 1 poster, and he was contacted explaining why, and that was that. I'm not sure what you guys are getting at, but sorry you are unhappy with whatever it was.

Greengrocer's "bring back casinos" thread.
Loramin's thread a day or so afterwards.

That's two that I know of. If they're locked with an explanation we at least get why they're being censored... right now threads are just vanishing without the community knowing why.

Why did the casino revival thread get jacked?

The loramin post(s) is/are what I was referring to, he was contacted and explained why it was deleted.

Not certain on the GG post.

However if we do not feel a thread is appropriate here, we'll delete it. Theres your answer for knowing why they vanish :) Some threads can stick around when locked without causing harm, others can't :(
