This is kind of a bummer. I remember running my level 2 character to Great Divide to see how deep into Velious I could get at level 2 on Live.

I had a level 1 RZ Warrior in Kael to snoop around with, I can see them restricting that if MQ training becomes an issue or even straight out the gate. It's not a huge burden for legit uses.

I'm just glad the hole is still fine for level 1's, whether an oversight on their part or intended I'm happy we can still have our hole draggers.
