I mean, I hate poopsocking and waiting for 16 hours for mobs to spawn as much as the next guy, but at least for now Velious seems to be a breath of fresh air in that area. We've actually been mobilizing for targets! AFAIK there have been no footraces or poopsocking for anything other than Derakor. So far the worst part about Velious has Plane of Growth; fuck that zone.

I have been wondering about this for a few days. Do the GMs not police the Guild recruitment threads here?

But back to the updates

TMO is working hard to level up still and gear out have killed Trak, PD, Tal(don't know if these were posted hard to bring myself to go back through 1-3 pages of trolling and look for updates) and gotten some new velious armor pieces. Several BPs, and other armor pieces later we are making friends with the locals. Also had a decent pvp encounter with another small raid force/gank squad the other day. Was pretty fun to pvp in its pure form no ganking while other was nakid or 5+vs 1.



Anyway that's the closest to an update I could give atm.

While on Blue the only option is to race to the top, Red allows you to take your time as long as you can force others to stay on the bottom.

Shout out to a helpful TMO member I had the pleasure of meeting in Skyshrine: Gollum. I
arrived in SS with plat to buy my port spells only to find that I hadn't done enough faction work and was still threateningly to the mobs there. Gollum was in the zone as well, so on a whim I asked if he wouldn't mind purchasing the spells for me if able, which he quickly did. I told him to keep the change after purchasing the spells, but he gave that back as well and then offered to take me through to CS for the portal key. He ended up getting into it with a wizard from Empire before we made it out of Skyshrine, and I had to log for the night before getting to properly thank him.

Hello, I am returning after about a 1 year hiatus from EQ and would like to join a top guild.

I played on Blue with TMO for several months during classic about 4-5 years ago. Tienshin was a top monk puller in PoFear and PoHate. This was in the earlier years of TMO, the original guild tag was changed to AFKiters or something. I still have that old tag. After being almost BiS on Classic Blue I quit for several years before moving to Red.

On Red I have several characters including a 54 wizard and a 54 shaman as well as a hobby lvl 40 ranger. Kyden/Nedyk are well geared, although I am a bit rusty but should be able to pick it up again quickly.

Please Message Kyden/Nedyk in game or respond to my post via PM with more information that you may need. I am looking to get into some Velious which I have never had the experience of playing before!
