There seems to be varying opinions on this subject. Some of the posts on other threads almost seemed RnF worthy.

I would hate to see anyone get banned for speaking their mind freely. So I started an RnF version of the port tip discussion!

How much do you tip when you are served a fine port?

10% or whatever corkage fee would be if you brought your own.

Is 10% normal for booze? I typically go with 15% on booze and 18-25% on non booze stuff. Waiters have it hard, 20% minimum even if they're mediocre. Bar tenders just pour a drink or pop a bottle, 15% sounds fair.

100p

seems like that might qualify as RMT

What is VMT? Venereal Monetary Transaction?

Mileage based tax, another reason people flee California and once they are gone, hope it fall into the Pacific.

This would be like a mass ban of dumb ass.

I go with 50p if I'm in the same zone, 100p if I need a pickup.

What if they include a fine cheese with the port?

Some monk did tip me a ruby last night.

Anyway, my ports always include an in flight snack/beer. Just swapped out the seasonal snack menu from grapes to Orc Pickles.

Come see me today!

How well do Orc Pickles (http://wiki.project1999.com/Orc_Pickles) pair with a ruby port?

I'm not sure. Current drink menu consists of Lendel's Grand Lager, or water for those who don't wish to pertain.

Exactly one ruby.

This is a good to. I like rubies as in game currency a lot. No banking necessary.

How does one sign over an in game ruby to one's server?

I feel like tipping in game rubies for fine port would most likely run afoul of the staff's RMT policy.

Make it a verbal contract and don't talk about it in this thread or notify sirken. U should be ok.

Unless your waitress is sirken.

Then ur really fucked.

I would run screaming 4 my life if sirken was my waitress.

If Sirken was my waitress, I'd pay him $50 to shove a breadstick up his ass. I wouldn't get off on this, and would have him promptly throw the breadstick in the trash afterwords, but still, I'd do it just to say I did.

I think sirken, was a waitress would probably have more than $50 of dignity. I'm guessing he'd want more.
